San Francisco Sprint

What?

Jython is holding a sprint in San Francisco to work on its next major release, 2.5. The event is open anyone with an interest in developing Jython. The only real requirements for attendance are a laptop and a stalwart belief in the value of dynamic languages on the JVM

It would be helpful to setup a Jython dev environment and become familiar with some of the Jython code beforehand. Several of the Jython developers will be in attendance, so they’ll be able to help with selecting tasks on the project.

When?

February 16th from 10 AM till whenever we collapse from exhaustion in the evening.

Where?

Offices of Three Rings Design in downtown San Francisco

612 Howard St. #500

San Francisco CA, 94105

It’s a few blocks south of the Montgomery St. BART, and about half a mile from the CalTrain station.
